1. Nature and Mission of the AI Audit Group

The AI Audit Group (AAG) is an independent, non-affiliated research body dedicated to the public interest. Our mission is to conduct lawful research, develop methodological frameworks, and promote standards for algorithmic accountability, AI safety, and ethical governance. Our work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws concerning security research, freedom of inquiry, and the public’s right to information on matters of critical safety.

2. Lawful Research and Public Benefit

All activities, publications, and methodologies developed by the AAG are intended for lawful purposes, including:

  • Academic and independent research.
  • Informing public discourse and policy.
  • Supporting regulatory and standards bodies in their mandates.
  • Enhancing corporate governance and risk management.

Our work is protected under principles safeguarding freedom of expression and research in democratic societies.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All research frameworks, methodologies, and published content, including but not limited to the Computational Integrity Protocol (CIP), Logical Integrity Protocol (LIP), and Human Sanctity Protocol (HSP), are the copyrighted intellectual property of the AI Audit Group. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or derivative use is prohibited.

4. Integrity Assurance and Research Continuity Protocol

To ensure the integrity of our public-interest mission and the safety of our research, the AAG operates a robust, cryptographically-secured Research Continuity Protocol.

This protocol is a necessary operational measure to guarantee that our work toward AI safety and accountability cannot be obstructed. It is designed with a single purpose: to ensure the preservation and availability of our research findings to appropriate public authorities, academic institutions, and news organizations in the event of an unforeseen and material disruption to our operations.

Such a disruption would include, but not be limited to:

  • Any form of legal intimidation or Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP).
  • Unlawful actions aimed at suppressing or censoring this public safety research.
  • Any incident that physically or digitally prevents the AAG from continuing its work.

The protocol is automated and irrevocable once a qualifying condition is met. It is not a matter of public discretion.

5. Regulatory Engagement

The AAG is committed to lawful and responsible conduct. Where our research identifies material risks to public safety or legal compliance, our policy is to engage with the appropriate regulatory and oversight bodies through official, confidential channels to responsibly disclose our findings before any public discussion. Updates on such engagements, where permissible, will be provided in our News section.

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is provided for research and informational purposes “as is” without any representations or warranties. The AAG is not liable for any third-party use or interpretation of the frameworks and concepts discussed herein.

7. Contact for Authorities

Legitimate inquiries from accredited news organizations, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement can be directed to our contact channel. We are committed to cooperating with lawful and good-faith inquiries.
